I love this car is it BUT I need to be real I go there pretty often but today i notice there was a new guy at the drive thru so me and my bf order get to the drive through we get 2 chicken sandwich 2 6 piece stars large fry so we get pulled to the curb to wait for our food and the guy from the drive through gives my bf the bag and asks if everything was there n stuff I found it funny he asked and looked concerned about it as if he already KNEW IT WASN'T wich makes complete sense the poor kid was looking sad and miserable because the wannabe looking chola manager was MOST LIKELY GIVING HIM A HARD TIME SHE WAS LOOKING HIM UP AND DOWN BEING NASTY LOOKED LIKE SHE BLAMED HIM BUT KNEW WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON WICH IS SAD FROM A OLDRR LADY NOT A GOOD LEADER PROPS TO THE GUY AT THE WINDOW

I love carls jr because they are a nice people

Great food! Quick transaction, quick to make the food.We ordered separately, so in two orders, and they still managed to deliver both orders to the table at the same time. All around excellent experience, for a fast food place.

It was good my hubby got #2 and I got a #3 it's was good HOT 🍟 😋

Poor service unprofessional all I wanted was use bathroom wash my hands before I order I was told bathroom are only for paying customer my last time in that establishment been their many times before never had issue till now ! Smh wow! Not even star bucks does this and is cleaner !

It was noon on a weekday so they were jammed, but the service was great and the food was hot. My friend and I both customized our burgers and they came out right. Always get great service here.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have had horrible experiences here over the years. Especially with their attitude ridden staff. The women all seem to be really close and have no problems behaving completely unprofessionally when the managers are gone. Last I went there, the cashier with purple hair, who took my card and ran it at a different register, didn’t give it back until she called one of the cooks, Josefina Fernandez from the back, just so she could come to the drive through area to flip me off, before returning my card to me. Very unprofessional, I would never order food from there for fear of it being intentionally contaminated. Get your staff under control, and also clean your needle filled restrooms.

Tried to take part of the beyond special but was told that I couldn't because I was "cheating" by finding the add online. I don't know how else anyone could have taken part of the deal without using the internet and it should be none of their business how I know about the deal anyways. I'm pretty sure they just didn't want to give out anymore burgers when you buy a drink. Incredibly rude and lazy

Very friendly and food is nice and hot!

It was ok. The employee at the drive through was friendly and generous. But the only bad thing was. That the fries weren't fresh.

Two medium regular fries and a tiny slice cheesecake for over eight dollars. Never again buy like that for anyone. If I ever go again, I'll stick to my usual, with coupons only

I was out here on business and don't know the area, so thanks to Google, I found this location on Oakland and San Jacinto. It was surprisingly clean and the service was great! I come for the Beyond plant based burgers and they got my order correct. I was greeted with a smile and received great service!

Bad service. They spilled my shake on the side of my car and didn't apologize or offer to help clean it. That's happened several times where my drinks are dripping all over and the still try to hand them to me.

The Carl's Jr. on San Jacinto Avenue & Oakland Avenue in Hemet, CA. Everytime me and my family go there for whichever meal time their Cheese Burgers, Fries and their ice cold drinks are always the bomb!!!God Bless You & Thank You

I don’t know who the lady behind the counter was when I went there, but she was extremely rude and while she was doing so smiling in my face. All I wanted was to get to try this beyond burger since it was beyond day, but since I didn’t say the phrase (which I had no idea I had to say it) she wouldn’t give me the deal. I apologized and said I didn’t know there was a deal, and asked if I really couldn’t get it anymore. She just had all this attitude on her face and was like “no I’m sorry you can’t I’m not gonna sell it to you. I’m not gonna sell it to you”. Like I said before, this whole time she’s just smiling but it’s so incredibly fake. I have social anxiety so this just made the situation way worse. I couldn’t say anything so I just started to walk out, and she turns to her other girl behind the counter and they LAUGH. Please teach your employees how to be kind with your customers. WILL NOT be going to this location again. So not cool.

I do love the Good Egg. Service is always wonderful they give you that Hometown feeling. Well priced and decent food I personally love the breakfast, lunches are second and dinners are on the low end I don't really go there for dinner

The manager is very rude and disrespectful

It was a 102 outside and I ordered a shake to cool me down it was chocolate milk no ice cream in it I called the manager and she told me they were pre-measured. So I think it's sat there while I waited in line and it melted. So much for hand-scooped and I'm happy that the manager argued with me I will never go there again horrible service!!!

Its close to home and its about the cleanest fast food places in this town

Only 2 bodies inside, the biscuit was fresh and good. My only gripe is the price over 7 dollars for a bacon egg biscuit combo crazy. Maybe I'm just getting older. LOL

3 words: Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Don't know what it is, but gotta have it! Not too fond of much else. Although they have a Mexican type menu, quality can vary by location.

I love Carl's Jr. This location simply fails to get my business on a regular because of the surroundings. That is NOT Carl's Jr's fault. The shopping area around them is questionably safe. Homeless are rampant. It is unfortunate.

Every time I go thru the drive thru they can NEVER give me my order, which is never a difficult one, right. On top of that they always make me wait out in front of the restaurant even when there is no cars behind me in the drive thru, which give them a reason to make me wait 10 min for some damn fries

Rude lady who claims to be the Supervisor in San Jacinto Ave Carl's Junior.#1. Incomplete order. #2. Unable to take responsibility for her errors in a timely manner. #3. Unprofessional. #4 Anger Management issues.

Got a #4 large with a Coke ( double Western bacon cheeseburger ). The bacon was raw it had just one big glop of BBQ sauce in The middle. And it was really greasy. I couldn't finish it I just threw it away. The Fry's sucked the ice machine was off the table was dirty so was the seat. And there was a line of homeless people in there to use the restroom. Won't be back

THE DRIVE THRU WORKS FAST

Good food I like the buy California classic or western burger one get one for a dollar pretty good

Too close to the 15 freeway. Lots a traffic to see. But maybe u find it romantic to look out your window seeing cars and trucks fly by at the speed of sound.

Fast drive thru. Food always hot and order always correct.

It didn't taste like Carls jr food normally does, I wont be eating there again.
